If you want to shop in-person, the food pantry needs the following:
- canned meats (chicken, vienna sausages, chili, spam, beef)
- tuna (pouches only - no cans needed right now)
- snack sized boxes of chicken or tuna with crackers
- shelf stable milk, instant dry milk in individual packages (no refrigerator/freezer required)
- dry cereal, small boxes of individual cereals (with expiration dates)
- microwavable meals (no refrigerator/freezer required, Hormel Compleats)
- microwavable popcorn
- individually wrapped breakfast bars, granola bars
- snack crackers and snacks with expiration dates on individual items
- peanut butter, jelly (plastic container, NO GLASS please)
- rice and rice mixes
- fruit cups (in packaged individual servings - not fresh), canned fruit
- dry beans in packages, vegetarian beans in cans
- spaghetti sauce (plastic container or canned, NO GLASS please)
- ravioli products, chili - individual, microwavable cups (cans not needed right now)
- small microwavable individual mac and cheese that only require water, NOT boxes
- fruit juice (canned or plastic bottles)
- instant mashed potatoes, stuffing
- Jello (instant) and pudding (instant)
- canned nuts
- boxed crackers
- pasta mixes
- ramen noodles (individual soup bowls)
- spaghetti noodles, pasta/noodles (not full-size mac and cheese)
- condiments, full size – ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise etc. (NOT small individual items from restaurants)
- spices (in plastic containers)
- olive, vegetable or canola oil (in plastic containers)
- canned goods, canned beef broth, canned chicken broth
- soup (canned) chicken noodle NOT needed
They are unable to accept: baby food, baked goods (bread, cookies), dented cans or crushed boxes, glass items, any used or opened containers, expired items or food items without expiration dates, or large commercial bags of items (rice, grains).
They are also unable to accept money donations.
