Though company names are labels of big, standalone entities, they are not italicized in any of the major styles (MLA, APA, Chicago), e.g. McDonald's, Google, Tesla, and so on, same as how you'd write an individual's name like Ronald McDonald or Audrey Hepburn in plain text.
