Library books can be returned at the front desk of the library (B12.800) or to the dropbox in the GEL (Garage Entry Level -- that area you enter on level 2 from the parking garages).
We can accept books from:
- other Lone Star College libraries
- Harris County Public Library
- Montgomery County public library
You should not try to return to us books from:
- Houston Public Library
- rentals from the bookstore
We don't have an agreement with HPL and have no way of checking in those items, nor getting them to back to an HPL location. The bookstore is completely separate from the library, so we can't do anything about processing rentals (nor textbook purchases or returns).
