Whether you need to share a link or just want to make sure you can quickly get back to a resource in EBSCO, you want to make sure you get the permalink and not the url at the top of the browser.

 

  1. Click into the article or book.
     
  2. Click on Permalink in the Tools list to the right.

  3. Copy the permalink from the little panel that appears by clicking the link text and then right-clicking > copy, or use the ctrl+C keyboard shortcut.
    Permalink appears in a panel above the article title.

 

That's it!

The link will still look long and hideous, honestly, but at least it will keep working in the future.
