Your student ID card = (1) your photo, (2) your library account number with barcode, and (3) your student ID number with barcode. Keep it handy for campus services and events -- and you can even get student discounts around town with one of these!

Simplified representation of a student ID card with 2 overlapping, rounded rectangles. The rectangle towards the left represents the back of the card with numbers 2 and 3, and to the right is the front of the card with the number 1.

1. Photo - we'll take your picture when you get your ID made, so plan accordingly! (You'll need to bring a different photo ID with you, too, by the way.)

2. Your 14-digit library barcode gives you access to the online library materials, and of course we use this to check out study rooms or textbooks, too.

Online students can submit the online request form to have a barcode emailed, instead.

3. You can find your student ID number in myLoneStar! It displays on the Profile tile. This can be a bit quicker to look up, though.
