Nope! Typically you won't double-up on punctuation -- a comma after a period, a period after a question mark, etc.

  • In MLA and APA citations, titles end with a period rather than a comma. Author period. Title period.
  • Chicago is a little odd: the footnote will put a comma after the title, but the bibliography entry will just use a period.
