Yes, but the good news is, you get to shorten it a bit after the first time you include it in a footnote. "Ibid." is no longer recommended by Chicago Style, so you'll be using the concise/short form of the note each time.

If you're using the same source for several sentences in a row, you can wait until the last sentence or the end of the paragraph to add the footnote.
