First, try logging out and back in again.

Next, try another browser (i.e. if you're in Chrome, switch to Edge or Safari or Firefox).

If the issue persists, visit the Service Desk Live Chat Support (or call 1.866.614.5014).

If it's a library database video (from Kanopy, Films on Demand, or Academic Video Online), it can help to just access the database directly and search for the video you're supposed to watch.

If the issue is lingering, you might contact your professor. However, it's important to be able to explain what you've attempted to troubleshoot so far! It's possible there's just an error with the embed that they can fix, but otherwise, they're going to advise you to do the above -- if there's a funny setting in your browser, they have no way of knowing that, and there's better resources to do tech troubleshooting on that with. Documenting what you're tried shows that you've made an effort to figure out the problem for yourself and that you aren't just making an excuse about not watching.
