Google Scholar is your best bet as a Lone Star College user. When you're looking at the list of search results, there is a "Cited by" count provided. Clicking that link will provide you with a list of sources that cited that particular source.

Single result from a Google Scholar search. After the title, authors, and text excerpt, there are tools to save, cite, and the "cited by" count.

This works even when you're researching in the library databases first -- just copy the article title over to search in Google Scholar. It doesn't matter whether full text of the primary article is available there when you're just trying to locate where it's been cited. Add LSC as a library to get full-text links added to your results.
