Employees at LSC-UP (staff and faculty) may request the Teaching Gallery (B12.805) online using LibCal.
- The system is configured so that requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If you would like to check the availability of the space and make a reservation within 24 hours, please contact the librarians (or call 281.401.5390).
- If you'd like to make a recurring reservation, contact the librarians - we can at least save you from manually submitting multiple bookings.
- Requests are mediated. Submitting a request on LibCal does not guarantee the booking. You will receive a separate notification when your reservation is confirmed.
- Emails will come from a LibCal domain (LibCal <alerts@mail.libcal.com>). You may need to check your junk mail folder.
- You should receive an initial email receipt of your request. You'll get a second email when library staff have approved (or denied) the request.
The Teaching Gallery is not available to be reserved by students nor guests/community members not affiliated with the campus. LSC-CyFair and LSC-Tomball libraries do have meeting rooms available to the public. Students may reserve study rooms within the library as well.
