LSC uses 25Live to manage room reservation requests made by employees. Attached to this post are the slides from a training program about using the platform.
Tips:
- "UP computer labs" is a good starting search for computer lab classrooms on campus.
- Search "UP conference room" to find meeting rooms.
- Save searches and your favorite locations so you can easily find them on your dashboard.
- These saved searches will also be available as selections when you go through the "I know WHEN ... help me find a location!" menu.
- If you already know a room number, you can search for it. The format is UP## space ####, e.g. UP13 731, not b12.731 or UP 13.731 or other combos. If you search one of those variations, you will get no results.
