You will need to come to the library circulation desk with a completed LSC Police Dept. Access Request form signed by your supervisor or DOM as well as photo ID. The badging process takes several minutes, so please allow time for the card to be printed.
The library only takes care of creating your library account, taking your picture, and printing the badge itself. We do not control room access.
If you are a new hire...
...you might try calling the front desk (281.401.5316) to have them check if you're in our system yet. There are multiple systems that get populated with employee info! Sometimes there's a lag of a week or two before your info is in a spot for us to badge you. That doesn't mean you haven't actually been hired. It just means you might waste a trip to the library if you're too quick to do this (not that any trip to the library is really wasted, right?).
Replacement IDs
If you have lost or broken your ID, you'll have to pay $20 for the replacement. This is a system-level policy.
